Properly demonstrating sizeable plant and equipment at a conference can often be impossible or simply prohibitive, with the cost and logistics of taking it out of productive use, getting it there and even then, only being able to talk about its use.

This is where a video, even a low-key, staff narrated one can make all the difference. The equipment can be shown in action in its normal environment, showing multiple angles, movement, size and scale as well as focusing in on the details.  The voice over explains all those aspects that are not obvious from the visuals, or the bigger picture.

Multiple versions with a different voice over can cleverly leverage the organisation's investment in filming the demonstration, by repurposing it for different audiences, in Sydney Water's case for staff.
