SR Construction is a leading multi-trade construction company which specialises in social housing, particularly in public housing restoration and upgrade works.
When dealing in a competitive industry it’s important to make a strong impression – and a lot of the time we rely on information that’s ‘out there’ via our websites but when you’re meeting with a prospective client, how often will they take the time to go and look at your website, or to open up links embedded in an email you send them? A brochure may not be considered ‘innovative’ but there are situations where it’s unarguably the right tool for the task. There’s really no better tool for providing a ‘tactile takeaway’ for a new contact.
In SR Construction’s brochure we introduced the company and their expertise in disability access and assistive technologies, focus on safety, their tenant and Aboriginal employment programs, as well as featuring case studies of specialised projects.
The result is a professional brochure which provides a snapshot of the company’s capabilities and track record. Designed to be printed on a high quality in-house printer as required – which was preferable to outlaying for a large print run where the information may become redundant and the brochures recycled without being used. This provides flexibility with content, which can be more frequently updated and means that the brochures don’t need to be stored but can be printed per meeting, and there’s always the option to print in bulk externally for a trade show or conference.
Sam Eisho, Managing Director of SR Construction, knew the benefits of going externally to have the brochure produced.
“Our business is building, not writing up brochures, so I knew that AOM would be able to turn this project around for us quickly and with a strong end product,” he said. “The brochure looks great and it does exactly what we need it to.”
