What impressed me was how the team was able to mobilise in such a short space of time and deliver a clear and precise piece of communication. I think its testament to professionalism that clearly makes a habit of surpassing client expectations.

Television commercials are often thought to be the exclusive domain of advertising agencies.

Transport NSW were pleasantly surprised to discover that Art of Multimedia could not only produce a quality consumer awareness commercial for their expanding Metrobus service, but also be responsive enough to turn the project around at short notice – in time for the summer holiday season.

Naturally, AOM took care of every detail from sourcing the talent, filming the content and executing the post-production to gaining all the approvals and submissions needed to get the commercial on screen. The result is a sharp and professional-looking advertisement that is raising awareness of the Metrobus service among Sydneysiders.

Transport NSW also found AOM’s online Media Flow tool extremely useful. It enabled the numerous stakeholders involved in the project, who were geographically dispersed and very busy, to quickly access the latest draft version of the commercial from any computer and provide personal input and direction.

In short, we were able to give Transport NSW much greater control over the content within a tighter than usual timeframe. "Technology is revolutionising our clients' ability to have creative input. The level of involvement we are able to offer would not have been possible a few years ago,” says Beata Kade, AOM's managing director. And such collaboration benefits everyone,” Beata adds. “It helps to give clients an appreciation for the essential processes and value of talented, dedicated experts assembled into creative teams – while making the creative and technical processes much more transparent and inclusive.”
