Woolworths hero

Woolworths Logistics needed to ensure that all logistics managers were aware of 39 revised policies and understood how they were an essential tool for their teams, toward aligning all aspects of the operation across multiple distribution centres.

Art of Multimedia designed Leading@Logistics, an online tool that incorporated interviews with key managers about the relevance of policy and procedure in daily operations.

It included playful, animated and interactive components too, which required a demonstrated understanding of content to continue through each module.

What impressed me the most was the collaborative approach, I felt like a part of the AOM team by the end of our project. The team was engaging and open to my input but decisive where required. Project was managed effectively and all milestones where met on time. I would't hesitate to recommend AOM to anyone.

Woolworths leading logisitcs spread

This high-quality microsite was designed not only to align with existing brand guidelines, but specifically to reflect the work environment of the Logistics division, thereby further demonstrating the importance of the subject and increasing the team’s engagement.

Self-assessment tools were incorporated for the manager to gauge staff understanding of the practical applications of the policies.

This content was delivered through a learning management system, to direct and track the information flow and ensure the policies (located on the client’s intranet) were accessed via the correct channel. Progress was recorded as modules were completed.

The logistics teams were enthused by the Leading @ Logistics tool – an important first step in creating organisational change.
