But AOM staff were unfazed and accommodating, and always happy to explain the process and really were educating us in parallel with satisfying our requirements!

Fast Track Communications may well be under your feet – or in your walls and ceilings.  As a key supplier of video cabling infrastructure, its products and services aren’t immediately visible in the many business it provides services to.

When Fast Track decided to sponsor a business conference it wanted to take up all the available options for corporate visibility that this provides.  It’s not easy to show how – and in some confidential/sensitive environments who uses  - its services, so it needed a treatment which could circumvent these restrictions.

Turning to Art of Multimedia for a solution, our creative team developed a concept using motion graphics so Fast Track could tell its story – about it’s size, capabilities and capacity, as well as its strong focus on customer service. 

AOM scripted and shot video content which had to focus on the range of connectivity products, and it was impossible to send a crew to Fast Track clients’ premises to shoot communications solutions which had already been installed and were ‘hidden’ from view.  It’s also to be noted clients have restrictions on being identified.

Time and budgets were tight, as Ashlee Ball, Sales Manager at Fast Track Communications acknowledges ,  AOM was hired to film the footage and deliver it ‘raw’ to be edited by the conference organizer.

When a second opportunity arose for Fast Track to communicate business to business, this time Ashlee asked AOM to take a fresh look at the original footage for ideas of how it could be reused.

AOM’s  treatment included adding motion graphics and a new  music track to make it more dynamic and attractive, the production reflecting  Fast Track’s corporate values and commitment to quality.

“The re-edit really refreshed our original video beyond our expectations.  Again, the timeline we gave Beata and her team was very short and they again delivered without concern or complaint, “says Ashlee.

This repurposing of footage by Fast Track demonstrates how its possible to make further opportunities out of a single resource  – it just needs a lateral view of how to look at an asset with fresh eyes and envisage more than one use and treatment of it.
