Third Eye is an easy to use email communication tool which provides extensive insight into your reader's interaction with your content.

There is normally a single user and password issued when your account is set up by AOM.

If you are having trouble logging in, first check that your password details have not been changed by another user in your company. If not and you are still having issues, please call us.

Although AOM will continue posting some common issues that clients encounter, you should check the system's online help facility for more specific troubleshooting. You need to be logged into the system to do so.
