Using Workspaces

Workspaces are essentially folders that store media and can be shared between users. Think of them as folders for projects.

If your account permits you can add a workspace by selecting the "+" from the left hand navigation and click Add Workspace OR right click and select Add Workspace. From here you can name your workspace, give it a description, and assign users to the workspace.

Click on the workspace folder in the left hand menu to see the contents of the folder. All assets that have been uploaded can be accessed here.

Selecting an item in the workspace reveals detailed information about the asset in the details panel. Here you'll find basic information like the title, file size, dimensions, date uploaded and so forth.

To view an item, double click the icon or click the "Open" button in the detail menu. This will take to the "Viewer" where you can play the asset and make annotation live on the timeline.
