How to boost word of mouth

Liquid Learning stage as many as 60 to 70 conferences a year.

In September 2010, the professional development group captured one of these events on video for the first time when Art of Multimedia attended their Public Sector Litigation and Dispute Management Forum, held at the National Museum of Australia in Canberra, and recorded vox pop interviews with delegates, speakers and sponsors between sessions.

The result is a short and sweet promotional piece that Liquid Learning can use in multiple ways.

“The video shows the format of our events and the seniority of the speakers we attract. It’s on our website as a tool to help people understand what we do and the fantastic networking opportunities we offer,” says Samantha-Jo Ewart, the group’s partnership manager.

The video will also support marketing initiatives designed to attract sponsors, speakers and delegates to future events. This kind of presentation can be a powerful value-add item too, providing speakers with a bit of kudos and encouraging them to take part.

“It was great working with Artur Kade and the crew. I look forward to working with AOM into the future,” Samantha-Jo adds.
