With 30 years experience in sales and marketing, communications and IT, Beata specialises in strategic, content and conceptual development, planning and implementation of external and internal communications. Beata has developed heritage interpretation, marketing, training and eLearning, change management, staff and community engagement solutions for diverse government, NGO and private sector clients.  Solutions developed include:

Artur is the award-winning director responsible for all AOM video production projects. His skills cover all aspects of video and film production, editing, photography and recently underwater cinematography.

Creative Director

With more than 16 years experience in digital and providing AOM with a solid blend of creative and technical expertise, he has been the force behind AOM’s most engaging interactive external and internal communication projects since 2005.

Senior Web Developer

Javed is a senior web developer and Drupal mastermind who is passionate about technology, how it affects people and how we interact with it in our daily lives.

Production Manager

Catherine Neasbey has solid experience in project management, video production, photography and digital and is the welcoming voice our clients appreciate.

Sebastian Kade holds a Degree in Information Technology from UTS, and is a full stack mobile developer.

Ryan Somerfield is a talented camera operator, who is passionate about capturing compelling images and has worked on diverse projects that include music videos, films and corporate productions.

With a degree in Economics (majoring in Marketing), years of sales experience in diverse roles, and a passion for online marketing, Petar has assisted businesses of all types, to improve their SEM results.

Sound Operator, Lighting Designer, Actor

Starting in media production at 17, Jerry has been working has been working both sides of screen and stage from actor to director and most technical disciplines between, for the past 3 decades.

Camera operator / Soundie

Greg Marsh has been in the production industry for 30 years, having filmed documentaries, TV commercials, sporting broadcasts, news and current affairs programs for all major TV stations including Channels 2,7, 9, 10 & Prime as well as SBS Sports, Galaxy, Optus, Foxtel & Sky Channel.

Camera operator / Soundie

Daniel has grown up in a video production industry and has worked on news gathering for 2, 7, 9, 10 and SBS and other National News Stations.
