Managing Director
Beata Kade is the account director for all AOM projects. She draws on 24 years of experience in external and internal communication, marketing and sales, and interpretation. Strategic planning and concept development are her specialty.
Beata has developed marketing, education, change management and staff engagement solutions for large clients such as OneSteel, Sydney Water, Campbell Arnott’s, Qantas, Dairy Framers, the Roads and Traffic Authority of NSW, Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority, Planning NSW and Ageing, Disability and Home Care.
She led the creative team that built award winning interpretation exhibits for the Australian Museum, The Rocks Discovery Museum, Parramatta City Council, the CSIRO Discovery Centre and others. She also supported leading SMEs in the services, IT, manufacturing, non-for-profit and retail industries.
A founding member of the Western Sydney IT Cluster and former Director of the Small Business Development Corporation, an advisory board to the NSW Minister of Small Business. Beata is also a Director of three not-for-profit organisations; Affordable Community Housing Ltd, Participate Film Academy Ltd, a globally unique film education organisation and Interpretation Australia Association.
Beata is passionate about exceeding client expectations through collaborative creative relationships, while partnering them in transforming communication to meet their diverse needs.
Director
Artur Kade is the award-winning director responsible for all AOM video production projects over the last 25 years. His skills cover all aspects of video production, video editing, photography and event staging.
Art has directed and produced four feature films, plus thousands of marketing, community engagement, training, customer service, educational, entertainment, advertising, and sales and marketing videos and programs for diverse corporate, government and SME clients. Commissions have taken him overseas to India, Italy, Japan, Singapore, Sri Lanka and the United States.
Artur is also an educator and the founder of Participate Film Academy. He has enabled hundreds of young and culturally diverse students entry into the creative industry through the Participate film production course.
Creative Director
Jason Stevenson began his career in the creative industry after studying interactive multimedia. He has been the creative force behind AOM’s most engaging interactive external and internal communication projects since 2005.
Jason uses his advanced motion graphics, Flash and Director skills to generate effective communication solutions for AOM’s diverse client base. He has designed and produced videos, commercials, websites, multimedia presentations, games, kiosks, museum installations, training and induction programs and more for Sydney Water, OneSteel, Dairy Farmers, Woolworths and the Department of Ageing, Disability and Home Care.
Jason ensures all AOM projects are completed to the same high quality that the company has become well known for.
Senior Web Developer
Alastair Moore started his career in England with Diploma in IT & Computer Science, followed by post-grad studies in Multimedia 14 years ago. He worked across Europe, Canada & New Zealand honing his skills on complex online projects for a variety of high profile clients, before joining AOM. Alastair is an expert in Drupal CMS, eCommerce systems, Javascript, PHP, MySQL which he applies in diverse internal and external web developments as well as mobile applications. Unusually for a programmer, Alastair also has a good eye for design.
Graphic Designer
David Ahn is responsible for the graphic design of AOM’s print, multimedia and online communication projects. His passion for design was established while studying for a degree in graphic design in Korea, followed by an advanced diploma in Australia.
David’s expertise now spans all graphic design software packages, as well as interactive HTML design and Flash development as well as establishing himself as our resident PDF guru. David has worked on identity and collateral design for Schneider, Sydney Water, the Australian Technology Park, Direct Couriers, Tema Engineering, the Future Materials Awards, World IP Day at the ATP and others.
Production Manager
Catherine Neasbey joined AOM with solid experience in project management, video production, photography and event management industries. Her particular skill lies in maintaining excellent client relationships, as well as keeping projects on time and on budget.
Cat has a Certificate IV in Digital TV Production. She has also trained in film production at Participate Film Academy and JMC Academy, and holds a production credit in a feature film.
She enjoys managing AOM’s diverse projects and helping clients to achieve their communication objectives. Cat has managed recent training projects for Sydney Water, the Australian Technology Park, OneSteel, Woolworths and the Department of Ageing, Disability and Home Care.
Video Editor
Martin Alvarez is passionate about telling stories. Since graduating from Participate Film Academy with editing and co-direction feature film credits, Martin has put his post-production, writing and directing skills to use on corporate education and staff engagement projects for Sydney Water, Campbell Arnott’s, Micos Aluminium and others.
Camera/Steadicam Operator
Ryan Somerfield is a talented young camera operator, who specialises in steadicam operation. Ryan is passionate about capturing compelling images and has worked on diverse projects that include music videos, films and corporate productions for Sydney Water, AiGroup, the Roads and Traffic Authority of NSW, Campbell Arnott’s and others.
Writer/Comms Specialist
Miriam is a communication consultant and copywriter with more than 13 years experience in corporate communication, technical writing and multimedia development, Miriam has experience and knowledge in campaign planning, crafting key messages and communicating complex and industry specific information to a broad audience. During her career in London and Sydney, Miriam has developed marketing and communication solutions for clients including Panasonic, Ford, TEMA Engineers, the BBC, Sydney Water, UNSW, Telstra and Athletics Australia. In the last year, she has written web pages, campaign letters, EDMs and brochures for clients in the software, graphics, financial services and management consulting industries. Miriam believes communication is a two-way street – its about listening to the needs of your audience as well as getting your message across. Meeting business challenges through best practice communication is her passion.
